Terms of Operations

1. Services Scope & Legal Compliance

These Terms of Operations ("Terms") govern all contract warehousing, Grade-A inventory storage, 3PL/4PL fulfillment, domestic trucking, customs brokerage, and digital Warehouse Management System (WMS) provisions offered by StockBay Logistics. By executing a digital capacity reservation manifest or storing cargo in our primary regional hubs, the client agrees to comply with these terms. All physical customs-bonded warehousing operations operate strictly under the Indian Customs Act (1962) and follow active AEO guidelines.

2. Base Storage Rates & Specifications

Base warehousing storage rates are calculated per-pallet, per-day (24-hour cycles) and are detailed in the index below. Actual billing parameters are compiled programmatically via our instant logistics quote engine:

* Note: All rates are subject to an additional 18% Goods & Services Tax (GST) mandated for logistics and storage operations under Indian financial codes.

3. Handling Markups & Dispatch Speeds

Standard cargo loading, unloading, barcode scanning, and index registration are billed at a flat fee of ₹250 per pallet. This base handling fee scales dynamically according to the client\'s requested dispatch SLA speed parameters:

• Standard Dispatch: 24-hour lead time (1.0x baseline markup).
• Expedited Dispatch: Same-day dispatch node under 4 hours (1.25x handling markup).
• Critical Just-in-Time: Immediate priority clearance under 45 minutes (1.5x handling markup).

4. SLA Guarantees & Inventory Liability

StockBay guarantees a **99.85% operational SLA accuracy** regarding order indexing, packing sequencing, slot allocation, and scheduled dispatch timings.

In the highly rare event of physical cargo shrinkage or thermal damage in our cold chain vaults, StockBay\'s liability is capped at the fair market value of the target goods or ₹15,000 per pallet (whichever is lower), unless specialized full-liability insurance options are explicitly arranged and signed in writing prior to cargo arrival manifests. StockBay is not liable for structural cargo losses stemming from force majeure events, municipal grid blackouts exceeding 24 hours, or maritime customs terminal strikes.

5. WMS Client Portal & Intellectual Property

B2B clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our digital WMS Portal Demo and custom API documentation. Clients are solely responsible for protecting WMS credentials and active API tokens. Programmatic scraping, security breach testing, or reverse-engineering of our automated rate calculations and inventory routing systems represents a material violation of contract and will trigger immediate account suspension.
